MHADA Lottery 2018 Guide Book and Guidelines

So here I will give you the proper guidance to apply the MHADA Lottery.

1. The candidate who applied for the draw of MHADA should be 18 years old (applicant should not apply under the age of 18 years).

2. All information must be filled with an alternate name, telephone number, e-mail. (All communications and verification are done on the basis of name, email or phone number.)

3. Your PAN card number should be accurate and the applicant should apply to his PAN Card.

4. You must provide the personal savings account number of the application for the refund. You must not provide any other account number. This type of application will be denied if you provide another account number.

5. Do not enter the account number which is a joint / NRI / current account.

6. Applicant or any member of their family (children / spouse / spouse / children) should have any land or house related to MHADA?

7. The applicant should remain in Maharashtra State for 15 years. For which the applicant has to submit the residence certificate which will prove his residence in the state in the last 20 years.

8. Applicants have to show proof of their income. (If the applicant is married and both husband and wife are working, they can show the income of both of them). Income Proof + DA + City Allowance + Bonus. Excluding income proof such as medical, transportation, washing allowance

9) Applicants must have Aadhar cards which they must submit to the possession of the flat.

10. The Trustee / Registered Trustee can apply on a mentally slow and mental illness basis. This application will be physically handicapped. For this type, the trustee / registered trust income will be considered. So they need to fill their proof of income.

11. There are some categories for the candidate to fill the application while filling the application.

12. Application with wrong category and wrong information will be denied.

13. An application filled with more than one category will be denied.
